the second one is slightly better but still needs alot of work doin on it.
experiment with different colours, and contrast levels

THe second one is a bit better in my opinion.
The text needs some improvements, you should remove the glow and fiddle with the placement
v2, but I dont like the fact that it looks like the render in "behind the sig" O.o AKA the brushing over the render :P
