horrible colors , unreadable links,and on the top its kinda pixellate as hell....

Colours aren't too bad actually, top interface is pixelated as hell, looks like you tried drawring with a pencil on your monitor and going over it in photoshop.

Try using the pen tool to smoothen up your curves, it'll really improve it.
