Ok, back to topic. I like the BG. I especially love the border and the font you used for Jack-5. The only thing I found quite disturbing is the greenish thing right at the back of the guys neck. But I don't think it's that obvious so maybe it's ok. Another thing is the MrkLrn13. I couldn't read the N13 part. Anyways, very nice But I still like your current one better.
