Here goes another one I made just to show a friend how it`s done

bateau u don't us a brush for the "circle thingy" i thought i saw a tut of it in here once, but u make alot of boxes from left to right in rows, and then u go filter -> distort -> polar cordinates...

In fact, that IS a commonly used tech brush. I have it myself. Don't remember where to find it though. Probably somewhere on DevArt..

nice tut, i changed the last part a little for mine, i did a plastic wrap insted of the scanlines.

here it is

then i also did the rotate 200, copy layer, rotate -200 and blend thing and came up with this
