My comp is f--ked up

Well, My computer is fucked and all I have to say is...

Well anyways, Im on my brothers computer because my computer has memory shortage, Ive tried everything from Disk Cleanup to Tune-up 2004. I cant do it. Any programs that Might help to get my memory back, or should I buy it? Where and how much is it? Thanks.

lol turn off some programs at start up...

U dont getmemory back by starting new programs, u have to close em.

to make them not run on startup go to

run
>>type MSCONFIG
>>startup tab
>>disable all.
or just uncheck anything unnecessary.
apply.
