I don't think that text fits the design.
And the background is right inbetween Nice n' simple and lovely complicated. Just doesn't seem right for this render.
the bg is totaly different from that render, its brown and its blue, just way too different for my tastes bro. also looks like you just changed the blend settings of the render instead of cutting it out, but i may be wrong. also, the text needs some work, a different font or something would be a very good idea.
