I'm not likin it at all. The border isn't good looking, the bg looks kinda boring and the text+text effect is bad. I would change the text, border and the bg. Keep tryin!

i like the border just a little bit but when i first saw it i was like "OUCH" cuz its very bright and the text deserves a stroke so u can see it... and the bg i dont like because its just a filter pattern...
