I like it very much.
The effect with the black part looks great, and it all flows.
There is nothing I don't like, but maybe the lines above and under the text is too visible ? It was the only thing I could think of. Good job!

Cool style, maybe you should have blended the dude in front guy's jacket a little more with the rest of the other dudes, he stands out a little too much. Dunno about currenting it though, your previous one was mucho better i think. Also, i would have added a little colour or something, but maybe thats just me, because i like colour... alot.
