I sometimes. Running, sports, play a lot cause of Phy. Ed, and life weights. Sometimes swimming.

We just started our "fitness" unit in gym this past week, and we'll be lifting weights at least twice a week. I'll probably lift some at home a couple times every week as well so I can finally get into shape .

Yeah, I lift 3-4 days a week and run most other days.
Got to get in shape for lacrosse.

5 days a week, 2 hours a day weight trainining. 30 minutes of cardio training 7 days a week.

Nah, I don't have time. Uni eats all that up for me.

I walk aimlessly aroundmy neighborhood for about an hour a day, so I guess that counts as working out :/

work out 5 times a week for 45 min a wieghts and a grueling 13 min. ab workout - - training for tennis season

i cant work out, itll just make me skinnier. i need to eat more, then work out.

I should work out, it would really help with those sports i always loose in lol, but im toooooooo lazy
