    yeah i came up w/ this effect using smudge tool, what you guys think? I think the sig needs a few minor tweaks.

    well... the sgi needs TLC... but you probably already knew that, but I really like that effect you came up with, very well done!

    I agree with BFG. It is pretty funny, but noobish right now. Keep the effect and just brush a different background.
