I like the first one best. It draws you in more than the second one and it looks more angelic IMO. Great work man!

You did go a little overboard on the text though...

Real nice work! But not to go against the flow here, althou the first sig is fuller and the bg more detailed - the contrast is nicely balanced but the sharpening of it has almost ruined it and has highlighted the 'drop shadow' you used to cut thru the mid-bg layer too much causing sharp pixelation and 'jagginess' around middle to right side. The techno kind of text is good but doesn't suit the style of the sig, some sort of gothic or scroll work font imo would tie it together better.
If you could make the character-angel bigger and move that detailed background to the left it would help fill the space better. I like the tone and color of the 2nd one better, but the contrast is good in the 1st - if I was forced to pick I'd have to go with the 2nd bc its less washed tighter finish and almost perfectly brought together.

I like the first one better. Even though it's really monotone the use of the one color in your style is pretty cool. Good job on the angelicness of it. Great job.

The second one loks a lot better than the first one for the render but everything else on the first one loks better

... much better, just the font/text changed makes a big differences, the angle that you've put it on is interesting - font/text work is often overlooked in sigs or the last thing added when in fact it forms a very important aspect to bringing it all together. I think that works better althou I can get real nit-picky I wont, but I will still point out the over pixelation due to the sharpness is still obvious - maybe take the blur tool and touch it up here and there to soften that jaggy line out - other than that its a real nice piece of work.
