That actually looks pretty good. It seems like all you did was Transform it and add a Gaussian Blur on another layer set to Soft Light, but it looks good.

I just noticed the sky is different, nice job on that. Seems like you put some work into this one, nice job.

do we have any photomanip tuts here? come to think of it, I haven't seen one for this kinda stuff

If everyone cared and nobody cried...
If everyone loved and nobody lied...
If everyone shared and swallowed their pride...
Then we'd see the day that nobody died...

Nice work. Photomanips - depends what you want to do in them, so I'll be general with some suggestions.
You could change the sky, using the polygonal lasso, trace around the edge of the building up and around the sky and cut, the building will be on a layer by itself, insert a new layer and paste a new sky in the bg - or with the another sky, motion blur it, you can get some funky results.
Another would be to turn it from day - to - night, again change the sky to a star or moon backdrop, but this time copy the building, desat to turn it black+white, increase the contrast and lower the brightness ... after that you can do a few things, just leave it b+w or lower the transparency so some color from the original comes thru, or Linear Burn adjust opacity so it doesn't look harsh.
Another manip would be to turn it into an old ruin, that'll take time and careful use of matching pictures, like a broken dome, beat up pillars and holes, that you put into place, blend and cut and move around till it fits, like I said takes time but the results can be worth it.
