Cool Background

[General]

This is my first time...so im goin to try to make this easy...

First make a new page: File>NEW> ( You Should do Width=500 Height= 125 )

Then Add In your Picture that you would like to have at the end

Then Select that picture by pressing Ctrl+A

Next go to Filter > Blur > Motion Blur ( The settings should be Angle=45 Distance=336)

Then Duplicate the layer and put all around your background intill you filled the whole background.

Next press Ctrl+Shift+E

Next go to Filter > Distort > Ripples ( The settings should be default 100% and Medium)

Now Go back to the picture you wanted to add and paste it into your background...and add text and enjoy...

* If your looks a lil bit different don't worry i played around with this one...also if you want to know how to make a boarder look at the bottom of this*




Add A new Layer....then go to Edit > Stroke > ( the settings 3 pix Color= Black )
Add Another new layer...go to Edit > Stroke > ( the settings 2 pix Color= white )
Add Another new layer...go to Edit > Stroke > ( the settings 1 pix Color= Black )

There you go...once you save it and put it on a website or something you will really see it...so don't worry if it looks kinda small
