Is this something I should be concerned about? or should I just bypass it and continue installing the drivers?

If i was you, ide be sure to create a restore point, click Start>All Programs> Accessories>System Tools>System Restore, then check to see if you have a point from a day or two back. This might help, incase it does screw with something. Somehow i highly dought that it will, because ive installed things with errors similar to that, and all it means, is you have the IQ of a snail, then you may corrupt your files.
