Try brushing over the picture a bit, and try a different blending mode for the picture maybe. The outer glow would be fine if it weren't so bold.

Nice job apart from that, i like the colours you chose and the text looks good. It just all looks a bit spaced out.

    Well done - 8/10

I totally agree with crofty ^^^ bring stuff a bit closer together and it will look better.
Just a tip i learned for blending.......

On the layer you have the pic of gordon on.....select the lasoo tool.Set feather to about 25-30px and draw a circle around gordon. Then go to Layer > Add layer mask > reveal selection.
It should help the pic blend into the background.

Anyway, nice work and if you keep at it you will get better

Good, i kinda like the glow Like crofty said it could be a tad bit less bold.

Anywayz, nice try at blending, 9/10 for first, 8.2/10 for normal.

What mode do you have the render on? Usually if you copy the render twice and then put the two copies on soft light/hard light, then a guassian blur on the second layer it blends pretty well. That's what I did with the Gohan on my sig. The only difference is I copied the top layer (on hard light if I remember correctly) about 6 times to make it stand out.

Other than that it's a little big for the size of the render and your font. So reduce the canvas size a bit and it should be fine.
