hmm i think the bg is just to crazy. The redner could use some more blending and tehe text is hard to see.

Hmm.. had to study it for ages to even find the text.. =\ Can't say i really like it... It's a nice render, but not blended and the bg is too busy but still manages to have lots of black bits.

Render is unmatched with the bg. Some blending would change that though. Brighten it up and break it up into the bg. Would look 20 times better.

The BG is just a mess of brushing, the render aint blended and the text is missing or is that it in the lower left corner?

Maybe turn down the contrast of the BG and give it some colour, Do some gaussian/motion to the render and fix the text?
