Ben is not liable, blamable (pointing, nodding in Bens direction and any other form of framing Ben is also falsified) for any damage caused, faked and/or implied because of any spam or any other form of communication.

He is also not liable if you develop nervous twitches, un controbable laughing, instant erectionititus, teh sexitus, and/or and other disease/problem/thing usually caused by Ben.

By registering for these forums you also sign to abide by these rules and anyother rules brought in by Ben, that also means Taco can be diminished from power if Ben makes the rule.

Ben can not look after any of your belonging, that also means no dumping kids on Ben, no jumping on his lap and saying you are his, no injecting Ben with certain things and/or any other form of giving Ben responsability, he is far to lazy to look after your shit...

It is also a fault of your own if Ben farts in the close vicinity of your nose and you die, your nose is your responsibility and not of Ben's.

Ben is also not liable if you cause any harm to yourself, you smell, you have no friends, if you are developing any of these symptoms it is possible you are suffering from deadyloader itus, to recover from this you must sue a member of this very forum called deadloader.

These rules are subject to change at anytime with no notice to you what so ever, you also agree to give ben a cookie on demand...
