Don't need an air can. Just get some type of blowing device. (Like a tire inflator, shop vac, you get the idea). Then just blow out all the dust in your case. It does help alot

Most probably a shot bearing in the fan, it happens pretty regularly. If cleaning it with air doesn't fix your problem then just pick up a new case fan. They're pretty cheap, like $20 for a good one.

I had that problem with my computer. The best solution is canned air. DO NOT USE A VACCUUM CLEANER. They create static electricity and your computer doesn't mix well with that. Read this CNet guide for more info:

Don't kick your fucking computer- use the compressed air or what BFG said.

Get the thing what's arround your computer of(don't know what it is in English) and get out your vacuum cleaner... I had this problem a while ago, and I vacuumed :P the whole thing (my ventilator works again :P; nobody ever vacuumed it since 1998 :lol... It stopped making noise and it won't get too hot anymore :P

If the Void can't help ya, ask BFG for this computer tech help website... A great forum to discuss problems like this... I can't remember the address
