First i want a rainlooking effect but in combination with my BG it won't look like realistic rain but i am happy with this now

It looks different, original to make a kind of *abstract rain*
And a nice font. And it also looks good in this banner that you didn't used much colors. And you've a small border now. That looks betetr than the other borders you made

yeah ur sig is realy good this is how i make the black effect from the text:

1. type text
2. duplicate
3. do a wind from above, under, left, right
4. liquify the wind
5. done!

That's true, but you have to rotate your image 90 degrees and then wind from the left and the right again, and rotate 90 degrees back
