i know that, many users know this program. so, here is my question:
how to add a textures?
and mabe somebody have some tutorials, plugins, textures or other files, what could help me.

You need SOpack and then a square bmp texture.

Just google SOpack or SOpack for Terragen. There will be tutorials on the site, but once you get started i suggest you use http://www.deviantart.com/view/23058020/ that tutorial.
