    The colors clash. Blue, purple, and yellow do not look too good together.They appear to be very saturated as well. The render is also very dark in places.

    Text is kind of hard to read make it white maybe and add a stoke or something to it also try and get rid of that over saturated yellow at the bottom that just seems to come out of nowhere.. and again his attracts attention away from the signature as a a whole when the signature should be completel focused on ... in this case ... i actually liked the scanlines you should have kept them from the first one ...

    No, don't stroke the text, just use a better font. Also, try something different for the coloring. The first reply says it all about the color.
