Well I'm going to buy a digital camera, I don't need a real good one, just one I can take pictures with.
Al though I don't need suck a good one, I'd still want to know if this are good specs:

* VGA
* CSTN LCD Display
* 8 MB Internal Memory
* Stores up to 117 Photos
* Auto Flash
* 3 in 1 Digital Camera: Photo,Web
and Video
* USB High Speed Download
* Photo/Video editing software
* Uses 2 x AA Batteries

SPECIFICATIONS:

*
MP of sensor: VGA
*
Image Sensor: CMOS 300K pixels
*
Lens: f=4.9 F=2.8 Lens(plastic)
*
Shutter Speed: 1/30-1.8us
*
Exposure Control: Auto
*
Display: Status CSTN LCD
*
Flash: Auto-Flash
*
White Balance: Auto
*
Frame Rate PC Camera Mode: 6fps(VGA) - 19fps(CIF)
*
Memory: 8MB Internal
*
Storage:
187 images (maximum)
24 images (minimum)

Remember I have absolutely no idea of what this is about.
I really don't have much money to spend, probably not more then $150...

No that camera is horrible. But if you want something that will take a good shot, try something around 3 megapixels. They aren't to expensive, and took pretty good shots.

Photo storage has nothing to do with the camera you buy. It depends on what size memory card you buy for the camera. Photo/Video editing software? If you're a member of this forum, you probably have Photoshop, right?

I have a 4.1 mp digital that I got for around $250 USD.

If you want my opinion, I say go with an actual Camera, not digital.

I have an Olympus IS-3 DLX. Beautiful camera, but pricy. ($820 USD)

You can get a canon EOS for £50 on ebay... They're pretty pricey i think.

I don't know that much about cameras... just make sure you look for one with a good "optical" ( i think ) zoom. Digital zoom = evil
