when ever i get into a battle it comes up with agent error and i can walk around but every one is stood still i can do no damage to them.

And this symbol appears above their heads

please help in solving the problem

That's not you, they're just lagging. Or if it's not them then your connection is messed up =S

Ermm.. try a different match server, use 2 or 5. they're usually the least-busy

its still does the saem and it still says agent error agent not available

so now what??

I believe it's an error in the game. you have to configure your ports or something or another. Try looking on http://www.portforward.com

I had the same porblem when I tried playing GUNZ long time ago. If you get this problem in every server, it might be your firewall or something like that. It never worked for me, and if you've got the same problem I got back then, I'm sorry xD

Check your firewall, uhm.. tried restarting Gunz? cause sometimes theres an agaent error too on my screen but restarting always helps ^_^
