the second one has no depth, texture anything.. it's boring and doesn't fit, the render is cut out poorly and the lighting and colouring of the render does'nt fit in the slightest with the background, you have also tried to mix styles and it doesn't work whatsoever it's uncreative and the font doesn't fit.. so you got yourself a signiture picture.. well done
