I wouldn't say I'm addicted, but I certainly rely on it heavily in my life, as does most people.

even though recently i only check my email and myspace when i'm not at work. i'd say i'm addicted. the real litmus test is to take a vacation and see how stressed out you are about not being able to check mail and forums, etc. i get all frazzled if i can't check my email.

But i guess these days saying you're addicted to the internet is like saying you're addicted to driving a car, or using lights, or oxygen. it's an essential part of our daily lives.

I used to be, now i just have nothing else to do.

I remember when i went on holiday, i couldnt go a day without going to the internet cafe :lol:

Now i can go weeks without even checking my mail or anything

I am n MSN all the time mind you.
