When it happens in ENgland then it will concern me, at the moment it's down to countries on their own, 100,000 british and american signatures aren't going to make China, or any other country stop censoring their information. :P Fair play though .. for being interested, i will sign but i doubt any signature other then that of someone in one of those countries will help.
