Not bad but its a little too plain/open area. The text needs work, i dont like it. Im not a big fan of brushing over the render and it could use a little blending.

i really like it.. nice job on the bg and the txt is nice... just add another render or something into the background like a tilted gun behind him

This man obviously has some dark aura surrounding him. When you put bright colors next to him, he looks vulnerable in the picture, to add the correct feel, make it a bit darker around the character.
