i think it was magic that said i should do somthing with out a render well this is what i came up with what do ya think?

i like the background but lower the opacity of the scan bars.. or use a dark green w/ a lowered opacity and it will look cool

Make the frame when the lines combine a lot longer so that it doesn't look odd.
