First Tech Sig

[Frozen]

^...First ever attempt to make a tech/abstract sig. Personally, I think it sucks so don't feel bad to say the same. First one, gimme some suggestions.

Text is the most apparent flaw, not only does it just not fit, but it looks out of place and of low quality as well. It's generally better to have multiple layers of text, so try giving this a title and then have 'frozen' a lot smaller, overshadowed by the title text. And the text on the left side, since it isn't readable, doesn't really count toward having multiple text layers. And, it stands out a bit much, lowered opacity and/or smaller size recommended.

It's lacking lighting (don't confuse this with actually being light) as well, maybe try lighting effects to get started there.

One thing that I like is that you didn't use the dreaded and overused tech borders, they're so overdone they tend to look horrid these days. A border of some kind may help this overall though, just experiment with it a little longer and you'll almost surely get something better.
