Sig, another first in awhile

I like this sig alot, seems like good use of the smudge tool on his shoulder. the middle of his neck looks a little wierd tho, like it's pixelatted. what did you use for that?

I'm wayyyy to lazy to ever make a tut My sigs are also put together messy it would take me forever to sort all the layers and what not. Thanks for the comments though!
