2D Animation Software

Does anyone know of some good 2D Animation Software. I've been searching wikipedia for background information and good for the actual program.

I don't know if ones better than the other or if I'm just missing a really good one and looking at bad ones.

Help Appreciated.

Director 8, flash and uh....theres another one I can't think of. The menus to halo were made in Director 8.

There's always Pivot, but thasts limited to stick figures only, can still do alot of stuff with it though
