what can i use to make a video? like do i use flash player or any reccomendations?

What kind of video? A flash animation? Then Flash is the way to go. Or if you mean film, then grab a video camera and a video editing program! :P

And Flash player cannot make Flash movies. You need the whole program to be able to do that. I think you can download a trial version on Macromedia's website.
