I need help finding software

Hi guys. I've got a client right now that i'm doing an icon package for. I've run into a problem with my icon packaging software however. It does horrrible with anti-alaising the alpha transparency of my png source images. I've found a couple other suites that seem to do much better, but they're all trial software that doesn't really show me a good example of the finished icon.

It needs to:

-Support Alpha Transparent PNG's
-Package multiple images into a single .ico file (48,32, and 16px icons all in one file)
-Prefferably something that is easy to use and quick. I've got about 150 icons to finish

This project is on a tight deadline, and I need this software yesterday. So please, start looking through your old downloads and see if you can help me out.
