Well depends, if this is like your first then it's pretty good, for you've got down multi coloring, good size of text and right use of font. Also good size of sig :P.
Content though is bad. While it is grunge you should work on actually working with something. Not just brushing. Vary few sigs or anything come out good with just brushing.
For a begginner you have some talent, but if you've done this awhile you might want to try some other ideas .
