If you could get it to look more like glass, rather then photoshopped glass... then it'd look good.

The text placement, i don't like...

and i'd either have the 2 small spheres, or just the large one on its' own... looks like you have 2 logo ideas merged.

I agree with the text placement issue.
Not very well placed.
However it would make a nifty logo if you can fix that
