    Step 1

    Create a new image and fill it with black. Select the lense flare filter, and create two lense flares with with above settings.

    Step 2

    Go in the plastic wrap filter and use the above settings.

    Step 3

    Go into the ZigZag Filter and use the above settings.

    Step 4

    Duplicate Your Layer. Double click your new layer and use the above blending settings.

    It seems to be a little to chromish, try to make it duller.

    They usualy comes from another tutorial site then where it comes from there it can be probably ethier someone that have played a little in photoshop and just tested for cool effects.
    And it exist tutorial books that you can buy.

    i experimented with it and made mine with 8 lens flares, one each corner and one half way on each side, when i duuplicated layer i changed the blending to linear burn, pretty nice effect

    Incorrect - we never use any other sites tutorials under any conditions. I create my tutorials by just messing around and such.
