need help with vBulletin

ok I'm completely new to this stuff but i'm not asking for the very basics... lol... I'm trying my best experimentin with it... i already got a PHP server engine on my PC and installed vBulletin on it...

but i wanna know how to implement a theme and how to get a shoutbox like how we have on void...

Same with skins i think.
