nah the barcode looks displaced. the rest is fine! maybe you could kill the soft pattern on the dark triangles (i assume they are not intentionally there). something easy could change a lot there. select the triangels, copy via layer, small gaussian, opacity 55% (or overlay at lower opacity [think this is even better since it comes with a darkening contrast, because you haven´t anything dark out there]).

Er... I prefer the sig, it looks more symmetrical and looks like it has more of a pattern... And I'm not getting the bar code...

Hmm I actually like those bar code lines, although the rest of what Falcore said sounds good too. Maybe remove that pink fluff floating around? I like just the blue/green/black/white.

those barcodes should have probably been made to contour her face, right now they just go over it and really make it hard for our eyes to focus on anything other then the jumble in the middle. the rest isnt too bad, but very very boring, nothing really in this cept those super green eyes for us to place our attention on, which is bad i'd say.

not bad over all, but this could certinly use some work.

ah muchos better i think, cept the yellow edge around the subject, maybe drop that as well or change the colour. you also might want to add a bit of "fairy glow" to the subject, make it seem more etheral.

Teh barcodes make her look like an animal or something XD

Smooth the bg out, the hard edged shapes... make you look away from the actual image.
