the BG is amazing. the problem is that the render is lightened from the front, and got highlights left and right. you should remove the highlights on the right of the render to make it look like the shiny thing in the BG is the light source. and the whole thing is too mono blue. add a soft different color. or use different shades of blue. and that stripe on bottom is too visible. you could blend it out a bit. the text ist good.

Looks really nice, but I dislike how it turns really dark all of a sudden. Maybe darken the left side a bit and lighten the right side. Make it a bit more balanced. Nice sig.

or just flip the render(so he's facing left), then darken the back of his head. That'd look scool too. I agree the BG looks sweet. Nice job, just tweak it a bit.
