Just came back from Florence. (not 56k friendly)
Been a while since I've posted any pics here.
Anyways, I've been on a school-trip to Florence. And of course, loads of pictures were taken, uploaded some, and posting some here.
C&C on most please.
View from the plane over the Swiss alps.
View over Florence with the Dome in center.
Two pictures of a tower that's right next to the Dome.
Nice "little" Villa just outside the city.
Barbed wire around the Villa, it was everywhere.
Some stairs leading to a park.
Inside the park, a little under-exposed.
A nice little stream at a 5-star hotel up in the hills.
A statue.
Another statue.
Just the horse shot from below.
A guy pretending to be a statue.
Carriage running through the city, didn't turn out so well. (it went pretty fast.)
Sunset.
Sign on the street, kinda gives the impression of the driving down there. :P
Rat hunting doves, yes, that's a rat. Not a Beaver.
Might post more later.

Firenze = absolutely my dream city. Fock man school trip? Luckeeee... I so wish I was there rolforforfrlf. Did you see a Fiorentina game?
That campanile tower was designed by the great artist Giotto, who began the Renaissance in Italy, The Duomo was the first dome since the Roman Empire designed by Brunelleschi who also discovered linear perspective. Love it, so much history.

Didn't see a game, no. :P
I study Media & Communications and the purpose of the trip was that we made a travel magazine.

very nice shot and nice place. a little +saturation and brightness would be better on some of the pics, but its not that important, i just wanted to say something clever

You could do with putting these in PS and adjusting the levels, a lot of them are very flat. You need to think about composition when taking a shot, think about what you want in the image. Number 3 for instance is horrible because the tower just sort of sticks there, you can't see enough of it for it to be the main focus of the image so it just sort of gets in the way. Number 4 however, is very good, where you see almost the entire tower, much better.
The statue shots are very bland I think, you really need to include some of the background to give them some sort of location.
I love the stram image, very nice, adjust the levels a little and it'll be a great picture.
If you'd got the exposure right on the park image it would have been lovely.
The carriage shot is great, I love it.
Just a few things for you to consider.
Keep up the good work.
