    I find it a little bit boring.. I don't know if it is the lighting or the colors. Maybe both. If you had a more dramatic lighting and not so full frontal flash madness, it would have been better. BUT I do dig the composition. It looks like there is a big mirror in the back, but I guess it's not? :P Very nice drums, can we see the whole kit? Keep it up.

    yeah, i know what you mean about the boring-ness.
    i did only take it with my regular flash i think, so thats probably why. And the mirror in the back - if i know what you're talking about - is another drum.
    I'm definitely going to do some retakes today.

    Yeah try to control the light yourself! Photography is all about light, so learn to control it a little more. Like getting a strong lamp or to from different directions, to create interesting light. That is why I loooove my studio flashes.

    I've got a detachable flash, and some lights that i'll try out.
