Yeah, i agree. Also, don't use cinema borders on everything. A 1 pixel stroke works wonders.

thanks for the f.b i was tryin to give it a bright look so i smudged the lights on it to give it that look ... i used to use the 1 pxl border but i thought that the cinema one went better with the sig

Like the style just a bit over the brightness, but other than that its cool, maybe try a off color, like black and white....maybe 2 other colors...that go good toghter..

Brush on the brightness & contrast/hue & saturation, whatever you used with black over the subject of the sig to reduce the contrast and saturation on him cos the rest around him looks good. Use a soft brush though.
