    don´t use scanlines. try to work with clouds on the background and give the background different shades of blue. guess that would help.

    one tip for making blue skies: find a good stock image, convert this image to LAB color mode. then image -> adjustments -> curves then carefully drag the "lightness" curve to bottom right. this way you can create really deep blue tones. convert back to RGB then to proceed.

    Try overlaying a clouds stock on to the top of the image then using a brightness/contrast clipping mask on that stock layer.

    Hmm, I don't like either of those two.

    1. The lighting of the sides is too different and causes for the sig not to flow.

    2. Ermmmm.. no... lol
