I could see the iceman one becoming something cool (no pun intended) if you redid the background with some new lighting effects and just some stock windows fonts.

The one that's new render is too big I think and is poorly blended with bg. I do like the bg though.

Bg is too repetetive and monotoned. As jon said the render isn't blended well and I dont like the text being diagonal, it doesnt fit in.

Kinda looks liek a lot of brushes, and if it isn't im sry, but it just looks that way IMO. the render could sue some betetr blending. the text could use work too. The border isnt terribl;e but maybe a 1 px black border would be better. on more thing is make your sigs smaller it'll make tehm more interesting, and it will help you excell. just keep at it.
