Looks sweet to me.
The blending is a little funked, idk If I would have chose purple to go with black, and the text create to focal points.

I think what I like about this sig, not so much that it stand out, but that I can tell you have an "artistic eye"

you're doing a good job making your backgrounds...try duplicating the backgrounds and placing the render between the two background laysers then erasing portions of the background so the render shows through and looks like it's behind it(when you erase use the same type of brushes you used to make the background)...you an also blurr the edges to help create a little depth...i see that you're trying to blend the image into the background...also make the text a little smaller, and try to use very few blending options, because they look noob...instead use the layer blending options, like multiply or screen or lighten...these make text look cool as well :-)...keep up the good work!! you have a good eye for sigmaking you just need experiance ;-)
