sorry bro looks like you had the right ideas. but your methods just don't flow or work together. the bg is a nice idea with the square line thingys, along with the eyes trying to be the main part of the sig. however ur tech border needs much much improvement as does your text and render blending. the rain animation is good but really has nothing to do with ur sig. Sorry bro keep ur head up and keep trying new things.
