    hi im kinda new to webdesign i been doin it for years but not like designing layouts n templates etc, well i have made a layout and sliced it up in adobe photoshop and got it into dream weaver and i have tried n tried n tried but i cant figure out how to get the content box image into an actual content box.
    help is verry appreshiated.

    when you do the slices..right click on your content area... edit slice options... set it to no image and the color you want then you can add your text =)

    or if you have a certain design on your content area, set that as the background for that cell

    soz if im bein a pain in the ass but how do i set it as the cell background i cant find the option to select a image background i can only find the color option.

    There is an "img src" box on the bottom.

    There is a "Bg Image" - or something like that - box on the bottom.

    Copy the the Img Src box content then click on the slice itself and delete it. Then paste the copied Src into the Bg Source box or whatever it is called.

    You said you have been making web-sites for a couple years? You should know how to manually put in a Bg image .

    <td background=&#39;http://domain.com/bgimage.gif&#39;> sets the image as a background for that cell.

    awww cheers ur a star both of ya&#39;s, i also sed only basic ones with text n pics lol :P neva used background images before i used to let front page do it for me &#33;&#33;&#33; lmao :P
