Yah, work on you text, a darker background would help, and try not to use true black if you can help it. Try using a background image or working on the stock to achieve a better backing, its very plain and it doesn't blend at all with the background. IMO, Google some advanced sig tutorials, your slightly above beginner but there is a lot of room for improvement.
