Default [Article] Aliens? What? Where? Why?!

    Second article, about aliens.

    Aliens? What? Where? Why?!

July 8th 1947, Roswell America a mysterious object crashes into a field near the town. Several witnesses claim to have seen a flying sorcerer just before the crash others claim to have seen small gray creatures with large black eyes at the crash site.
Long has been the discussion about whether or not this really is an UFO, scientists and investigators have proven that is was probably a weather balloon or some device from the army used to test or measure the weather.

This is the most famous case of a UFO sighting ever, it has been proven to be a mistake but still many people, even today, claim to see UFO floating in the sky, whooshing around observing life on planet earth. Others think all they are seeing are secret prototypes of new jet fighters being tested by the army or maybe just a pack of balloons floating in the sky.

You have to ask, why would beings from another planet want to visit earth without the habitants of that planet noticing it. Is it even possible that beings from another planet far far away can visit our planet. The nearest star is 5 light years away, the nearest star that has been proven to have some kind of planet surrounding it is about 40 light years away. According to science it is impossible to travel at the speed of light, the energy needed for this would be endless and there is no such thing. So traveling from a planet 40 light years away to planet earth would take at least 50 years. Now that is no prove that there can't be any life from other planets around ours. 50 years is a lot for us, it's more then half our average age, other beings however could be able to live much longer then us.

Reasons for this could be the technology, they could be 100 thousand years ahead of our technology, that could mean they have found a way to live longer or even make a spaceship capable of recreating their home habitat. Another reason can be because they live on a totally different planet and have probably evolved a lot different from life on earth. A normal creature on earth has ears, eyes a nose and a touching sense, because that is very useful, here on earth. On another planet the sun may be very bright and eyes could be useless because you wouldn't be able to see anyway.

So there IS a possibility that beings from another planet could visit earth. However, how big is the chance that on another planet within our galaxy has had the same transformation and evolution going on as our planet. Life on earth has happened in a series of big coincidences. millions of years ago the earth was a place nothing could live, the moon was only 10 thousand miles away from the earth's surface and the difference between high and low tide would be immense. The oceans were rough and volcanoes erupted every day.

The rough sees also brought something more beautiful, life. Because of the rough sees many different minerals and chemicals were able to mix together, with just the right mixture a 1 celled creature would be created, that is exactly what happened. From that creature millions of species evolved, that's why all animals on this planet are roughly the same. For example, a mouse has 99% the same genetics as a human being. The difference between the 2 completely different creatures are the 1% difference in genetics.

Life on earth is possible because of some very rare phenomenons: The sun is placed just right from the earth to make life possible, the size of the sun is of big importance to make life possible, just 1% bigger and the earth would be one big desert like mars, the moon causes cycles and tides, it also protects the earth from meteorites and most importantly, it keeps the earth stable in it's axis. Without the moon the earth wouldn't be rotating the way it is now and it would look more like Mars or Venus.

Add all this up and you get a chance of less then 0,001% that there is another planet in our galaxy or maybe even other galaxies with life on it. That makes it hard to believe that beings from another planet could visit earth.

If it were possible then there is the other question, why would beings from another planet want to visit earth and then leave without leaving trace.

If they could, then their technology would be a lot better then our technology and they would see us as lower beings, they could see us as we see dogs or maybe even ants. Why would they preserve our species if they could also kill us and destroy our planet. We are nothing to them as ants are nothing to us. What would be the benefit for them to land on earth and meet up with the people living there. They can't understand us we will probably be afraid of them and they have no use from us.

So next time you see a so called UFO, look closely, it might also be a bird or just some balloons. Maybe even a secret jet fighter, who knows.
