    Stupid questions coming up.

    1. how add a border in imageready? i'm not allowed to make a stroke there..

    2. how many frames more to make it more slow?

    in imageready? you just take the pic back to photoshop to do it. as for the frames, idk, just change the timing settings. make the frame in between the shine on the first word like 2 seconds so it does first, then second not both really fast. experiment!

    yeah or just pause the animation for a sec or 2 after its finished.. i dont mind the speed.. just needs a pause if you gona keep it at that speed

    i've tried to take it back to photoshop, but the stroke wont show there... i dont know what to do.

    the last frame is on delay 2 seconds, the inbetween frame is 2 seconds and the rest are 1 second...

    can u load it back into photoshop?.. you can't make the stroke there? thats strange.

    when i take it back to photoshop, i can't flatten it rigth, cause then the animaton wont show, so i have all the layers, and when i stroke a 2xp black border on the first layer, nothing happens...what am i doing wrong?

    do ya got the PSD file saved? If so just open up that file in photoshop and BAM you just have it fine.. and to make the gradient shining over the text in Image Ready, just set a delay time for each frame...looks like you either have no delay on (0) or 0.1 second delay on..try that one if its still to fast then try out 0.2 second delay time..

    PS: just to tell ya..my opinion your sig looks great..I'm just getting tired of seeing blue signatures everywhere..I've made some but try n find out new colors..or check out AngryJohnnys multicolor tut coming up in the next week..it should be great!

    sorry for the double post but..just being helpful..are you trying to put the stroke on the top-most layer if so..that wont work..put it on the bottom layer..should be your blue background if I'm not mistaken
